Title:
Evaluating Effectiveness of E-Blackboard System Using TAM Framework: A Structural Analysis Approach
Aims of the Study:
This study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of e-Blackboard instructional tools to enhance the e-learning process. Based on a target sample of undergraduate students, four factors were considered to assess effectiveness:
1. Ease of use.
2. Perception of usefulness.
3. Student’s attitude.
4. Student’s behavior.
Instruments:
The questionnaire was distributed by hand to students while they were sitting for the final Fall-semester (January 5, 2005) examination. The participants were requested to stay for a longer time, after finishing their exam, to complete the questionnaire on their perception of the effectiveness of e-Blackboard. In addition to the demographic information part, the participating students were asked to indicate their perception and level of agreement with a number of measures that have been acknowledged by previous research studies as having an influence on the effectiveness of web-based learning.
The measures that were considered in this study included student’s perception
Regarding:
1. E-Blackboard eases of use.
2. Usefulness.
3. Attitude.
4. Cognitive behavior.
A multistage sampling approach was used to sample students at random.

Title:
Evaluating Effectiveness of E-Blackboard System Using TAM Framework: A Structural Analysis Approach
Technology name:
E-blackboard
Features of technology:
According to the result of this study E-blackboard has these two main features:
1. Ease of use.
2. Usefulness
Here some explanations about the result:
Both Perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) positively affected students’ attitude towards e-Blackboard. Moreover, the students’ attitude positively influenced students’ perception regarding effectiveness of e-
Blackboard in terms of interactions between students’ behavior and within ICT-rich learning environment. Perception of e-Blackboard usefulness also influences positively on students’ perception regarding the effectiveness of e-Blackboard.
